THE NEWS , NOT THE SLANTED EDITORIAL, PLEASE

Hi guys, I devote pretty much of the little time I have for ' news digest' to reading your regular releases. A great feeling to know that some people still think well enough about the homeland to make her the focus of their job. You are not doing badly.... really.

I however protest a portion of your recent release on the ex- soldier -turned Boko Haram errand boy. I felt ,and still feel piqued reading that the Nigerian government is a weak one.

I don't earn my keeps from the government, I work so hard for my living too-and off the government of course so don't take me for a government ball boy.

I  think you lack the wherewithal and qualifications to call the Central government a weak one.

Your job is to give the News as is, not to jaundice it with personal opinions.Leave the opinions to the readers and you will be surprised to note that we can make up our minds.

You bite too much each time you saddle yourself with the job of telling people what to believe.Lets have only the News and the News alone please.

Trully, your Organization may have passed a vote of weakness on the Jonathan train , the opinion for as long as you don't use the benefit of your reach and responsibility to sell  it remains your personal sentiment.

I disagree with the government too on more issues than one but while I can afford to bandy the opinion around ,you may not. And you know why. Your duty is to set the agenda for public discuss . Your News releases are not editorials anyway.

Thank you

P.S

Did I remember to praise your initiative in News gathering even from a far away post?

Oh ! its great.
